Insomnia

I have insomnia, it comes at the worst times. I can nap for a few hours then wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to sleep again (right now is one of those nights). I wake up feeling refreshed but the longer i fight being awake the less i want to sleep. Its a vicious cycle.

and i'm not bipolar but i do have depression, i believe that'd the root of my problem v.v
